The result was 2 quick tries within the first ten minutes. DHS realising they were much stronger in the forwards rucked and mauled their way up the pitch to earn themselves a hard won try through veteran scrum half, Darren Rosevear. Argaum, whose strength lied on their backs were able to get two more tries through Villiam Morcia and Dan Potache, one of which was converted by Argaum new boy, Mark Gibbins. Argaum were now dominating open play and showed some great counter rucking skills on several occasions however DHS were totally dominant at the scrum.
DHS now brought on their big guns lead by Scot Wills who started the fight back and through more forward play, gained the visitors 2 more tries under the posts, both converted by Darren Rosevear. With the light fading and both sides exhausted having given their all full time was called, ending a good spirited, hard fought match. The final score was 22-19 to Argaum. Both sides now look forward to meeting each other in Devon 2 at Stone house creek on October 23rd.
