The match has been A regular Boxing Day fixture for at least the last 50 years and judging by the number of players and a packed clubhouse the tradition is thriving. The match was split into four quarters which enabled both sides to field a mixture of regular and occasional players. Argaum came out of the blocks with a first minute try but OPMs came back to take the quarter by three tries to one. The second quarter saw Argaum's scrum take a hold on proceedings with 3 unanswered tries whilst honours were even in the second half to see Argaum win by 5 points. Jake Turfrey and Darren Wills both crossed for a couple of tries but it was a good all round effort from an Argaum side which itself spanned five decades.
