Tigers ended an era by winning their last match under that name.

The title will stay with the club as it will be used by the Roborough club's flourishing junior section.

But it was visitors Totnes who got off to a roaring start with two early tries coming from their centre.

But the Tigers returned with a try from Paul Venkort, which was followed by Jason Burdett getting the touch down.

The Totnes full-back intercepted to regain the lead early in the second period, but Argaum again countered with a second try as number eight Venkort peeled off a scrum.

With the full-back notching three conversions, scrum-half Jason Burdett grounding his second before flanker Matt Blakeston and wing Mike Townsend said farewell to the Tigers.
