Argaum started off brightly down the hill and after some pentrating running through the threequarters eventually found a way for scrum-half Ben Glanfield to squeeze over in the corner, Adam Cootes converting. Both sides created chances in the second half but there was no further scoring.

After a short break the hosts were soon back in action against the vistors from the Midlands. It was Leicester who looked threatening through their central midfield and they created the only try during the first period. Both sides defences were watertight in the second half but the sides cancelled each other out. Argaum can be very pleased with their lineout and running angles from the threequarters which was encouraging for future games.
The final game was in a similar vein and it looked like there would be no scoring until late on in the second half when the deadlock was finally broken by Forest who crossed the whitewash for a couple of tries, both converted.
