This Saturday's game versus 3rd in the table Sarries is still schedualed to be played at Parkway Sports & Social Club, Ernesettle, despite what the local press reported today.
Obviously, this could be subject to change, depending on the elements, but in the mean time, it is still an away fixture.
Please refer to this website for any official changes. Any doubts, please contact Dave Fuge.
As Dave Fuge is not available this Boxing Day could all available players please contact Paul Symons or Howell Phillips. Shirts will be supplied, bring your own shorts and socks, and with the numbers probably available a tracksuit would be advisable. Meet at Plymouth College at 10am on Boxing Day, in the meantime have a Great Christmas!
Saturday's 'Double Home' against DHSOB unfortunately fell foul to the weather. After an 11am pitch inspection, our Bickleigh Down Pitches were deemed frozen solid and unplayable, so much effort was made to re-arrange both games to be played at Stonehouse Creek, after DHSOB believed that there was chance that they could be played there. Unfortunately, after 40 Argaumites arrived and were all changed and ready to go in one changing-room, the referees informed us that they had to rule out the Creek's pitches as they too were unsafe.
Could I take time to thank all the players who turned up, Dave Fuge (as always) for his dynamic efforts in relocationg the matchday gear and Paul Symons for helping contact all involved.
Also, thanks to DHSOB for their efforts and the referees, Lance Doggart and Ken Martin for spending their time trying to get the games on.
This Devon One SW game has been re-arranged for Saturday 30th January 2010, at Argaum as originally planned.
Unfortunately, Brixham are unable to fulfill the Colts fixture this Saturday (14-10-09). Dave is currently trying to arrange an alternative game.

Tuesday 30th June is the date that will launch Plymouth Argaum's ambitions for the 2009-10 season. That is when senior pre-season training re-commences under the coaching team of Howell Phillips and Mark Shepherd. Despite the club facing it's toughest fixture list for several seasons in the revamped Tribute Devon 1 West expectations are high that improvements off the field can be matched by perfomances on it.
